Have you ever asked God for something hoping he would give it to you just because you asked?
My passion is to help women but my weakness is speaking in public. Every time there was an opportunity to speak in front of others, I would either decline or be so nervous that I would fumble over my words and talk fast.
One morning, I heard a word from God that said “Stay ready so you do not have to get ready” but I wasn’t sure what that meant. Then later on I was listening to Sarah Jakes Roberts and her podcast episode was about staying ready so you do have to get ready and prepare for what you are asking for.
Now when I heard that, I knew God was telling me something.
