“If you want to find the love of your life, look in the mirror” ~Unknown In my journey of learning to love myself better, I could never figure out why it was so hard for me to show people how to love me.
I was often frustrated because I thought the way I loved people was the same way I would receive it until I came across a book that thoroughly explained to me what I was missing.
Many people do not realize that loving yourself first is the foundation for any relationship you enter. Whether its a friendship, relationship, marriage, or work, when you can communicate to others how you feel when loved correctly, you will take away a lot of the guesswork out for them!
