Burnout is something we have to take ownership of. When our body has been giving us signs that it is approaching “empty” and needs us to pull over and fill up, we need to listen.
Please do not wait until you are “empty” before you recognize burnout. Be in tune with yourself to know when to stop what you are doing and reassess what your body needs.
Steps to prevent burnout:Figure out what has led you to be burned out. Reconnect with your WHY. Be clear on what you need to be fully functional. Set boundaries. Set up a self-care routine.
