Episode 50, How to set goals you can actually reach

As we approach the new year, many of us will create some sort of new year’s resolution/goals/vision board. In order for these thing to come true, we need to put action behind them. Like anything,  we have to be intentional where we put our energy and resources.

An article in PositivePsychology.com “The science & psychology of goal-setting 101”  states that “Goal setting in psychology refers to a successful plan of action that we set for ourselves. It guides us to choose the right moves, at the right time, and in the right way.”

In this episode, I give you 10 steps to reaching your goals for permanent success by using S.M.A.R.T goals.  Goals that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time-based.
