The word ACT breaks down to (A) Action, (C) Changes, (T) Things. Until you decide you are ready to act on your goals, you will be stuck where you are.
Action requires you to commit, be disciplined, and dedicate yourself to permanent change. Are you ready to put in the work or are you going to keep talking about it?
Here are 4 things to remember….
*Put together an action plan and make it clear.
*If the goal is too big, break it down to smaller achievable goals.
*For every milestone you complete, reward yourself.
*Have a completion date.
