We are 30 days into the new year and our goals/resolutions are not as exciting as they were December 31. Time has took its course, life has got in the way, and motivation is not that high. Well today I am giving you 45 different things to improve your life!
Now with any type of change, it does take time for a habit to develop so don’t beat yourself up and give yourself at least 30+ days to develop the habit.
