Burnout is something we have to take ownership for. When our body has been giving us signs that it is approaching “empty” and needs us to pull over and fill up, we need to listen.
Do not wait until your “empty” before you recognize burnout. Be in tune with yourself to know when it is time to stop what you are doing and reassess what your body needs.
Steps to prevent future burnout:
*Figure out what has led you to being burned out.
*Reconnect with your WHY
*Be clear on what you need to be fully functional
*Set boundaries
*Set up a self-care routine
